• Gerolsteiner is the market leader in Germany – in the segment over €0.40 per litre with a market share of 18.5 per cent (Nielsen: by December 2013 as compared to 17.9 per cent in the previous year) 

 

• In foreign countries, Gerolsteiner is known as “The World’s No. 1 Sparkling Mineral Water”. Our products can be found in over 40 countries worldwide. We can see potential openings both in Germany and abroad, especially in Japan, the USA and the Benelux countries. We are already represented in all three areas.

 

• The brand with the slogan "Water at its best" stands for exceptional quality.

 

• In 2013, Gerolsteiner bottled 630 million litres of mineral water and mineral water based soft drinks (+2.3 per cent compared with 2012).

 

• In 2013, with its 736 employees, including 50 trainees, the company generated a turnover of 224.1 million Euro (+5.4 per cent compared with 2012).

 

• Gerolsteiner invests in a sustainable manner and is modern and efficiently set up.

 

• We are proceeding with our strategy based upon quality: quality, brand strength and consistent pricing are the right answer to the cut-throat competition in the market.

 

• We see good opportunities for our products. Because consumers are increasingly paying attention to the quality of what they eat and drink.

 

• There is no typical Gerolsteiner customer. • Last year, the company is celebrated the 125th year anniversary of the existence of the Gerolsteiner Brand. Gerolsteiner has evolved from being a small regional mineral water company into being the German market leader. Since the inception of the company, the development has been marked by the awareness that Gerolsteiner could exist only as a brand name – with a clear focus on quality.
