Immaculate product quality

During the entire filling-process from the moment the water is taken from the well until the bottling of the mineral water things are monitored by staff members from internal quality assurance. Before the mineral water leaves production it is chemically analyzed, e.g. regarding the amount of carbonic acid it contains. Furthermore, pH-measurements and analyses regarding mineral content are conducted every day. In addition, regular micro-biological analyses make sure that the strict regulations set by the mineral and table water ordinance are adhered too. Only through these strict controls and the meticulous filling-process is it possible to ensure the consistent quality of Gerolsteiner products.

External controls

Besides the continuous internal laboratory controls, there are also regular control-analyses conducted by the independent institute Fresenius.

We recommend a consumption of at least two liters per day and refer to the great importance of a varied and well-balanced nutrition as well as a healthy way of life.
