Natural mineral water is called originally pure because it is cleaned and filtered on its way through the various layers of earth and rock. In order to preserve this purity, the water must be bottled directly at the spring's location – as specified in the mineral and table water ordinance (German: Mineral- und Tafelwasserverordnung, MTVO).
In order to maintain the original purity of the mineral water, our laboratories conduct check-up analyses on a daily and even hourly basis. Some tests are even conducted continuously. More elaborate analyses are regularly conducted by independent external institutes.
This is also necessary to prove that the source is not contaminated by environmental pollution. There are additional inspections by the official foodstuff control.
